Return Policy

At Pole Poke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or exchange the item for a replacement, as requested.
